Payment
All prices are in Canadian Dollars. We accept both Visa and MasterCard only. Sales to Canadian residents are subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax. All purchases by British Columbia residents are subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax and 7% Provincial Sales Tax.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it for a refund with exception to earrings, for obvious sanitary reasons. The item(s) must be unworn, have the original Lolo tag(s) attached, along with the original receipt and must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Order cancellations are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee.
Shipping
All Lolo accessories are packaged in a lovely chocolate brown box with blue ribbon. Our pieces are then securely wrapped for shipping.
Shipping & handling within British Columbia is $6.95 CAD. All other provinces and territories within Canada is $9.95 CAD and shipping to anywhere within the continental United States is $15.95 CAD. All international orders are $25.95 CAD.
